Description Institutional development is a on-going activity that seeks to continuously improve ISA’s capacity to handle the flow of internal and external information through up-to-date, appropriate systems for collecting, processing, and managing data. It also seeks to facilitate the acquisition of financial resources for ISA’s programs and projects by assisting in the development of proposals, negotiating with funding institutions, and writing reports.
