Centralized at ISA/SP, it works as a permanent support service to all existing projects, policies and programs, under way or to be developed by ISA. Its objective is to disseminate and to deliver to researchers and other institutions the information and knowledge produced within the Institute’s field of action. The Institute’s action profile is significantly based upon social and political processes involving different themes, social actors and a complex network of local, regional, national and international institutions. This demands a complex system to gather, process, storage and access to information and documents, both for the Institute’s internal public as well as for compliance with external demands.
